We found that most problems can be fixed in one
hour or less. When a problem
exists that requires more than one hour, the customer shall be advised after
diagnostic is
complete, and the most cost-effective solution will be presented.
REPLACEMENT PARTS... While
it's impossible to carry every type of hardware to
work with every type of computer, We do carry most basic parts, such as memory,
video cards, hard drives, keyboards, etc, used primarily for diagnostic
purposes.
Our goal is always to seek the most cost-effective solution for your particular
computer problem.
*Customer must supply all the documents that will prove his or her ownership
of Microsoft OS Products Key, if it’s an upgrade or full version, they must
supply the Media with the CD Key. I am not responsible for any miscommunications
regarding the Microsoft Products key.
** Any Application I install on the
Customer’s PC, I am not responsible for the licenses for the end user. I install
the applications only; the Customer will be responsible to register the software
with the software makers.
